We enrolled Beckam in Cornerstone Christian Montessori school in August 2018 when they first opened.  We had visited several other daycares in the community and just never felt as though they were the right place or fit for him. I had heard another parent talking about Mrs. Shannon’s school and then realizing she was also my daughter’s 1st grade teacher several years before when she taught in public schools. She was my daughter’s favorite teacher, always so soft spoken, motivating and kind to her students. I knew I had to call her to see if we could meet and possibly sign Beckam up. We walked in and immediately felt a since if peace, comfort, love, and the presence of God there and knew that it was exactly where we needed to be. There are so many things that we love about Mrs. Shannon and her program. The updates and pictures throughout the day. The fact that Beckam loves to go to school and will even wake up on weekends asking if he can go to school. He comes home singing worship songs he has learned at school and so eager to show and tell us all that he has done each day with numbers and letters. God has done and is still doing so many amazing things with this school and we are so thankful we are part of this organization.
